 This page is for clients in our regular service area who want to schedule an in-home estimate.

Instructions:

Please use the booking calendar below to book your FREE In-Home Bid within our regular service area. We offer evening bids Mon-Wed, and morning bids Tues-Thurs. We allow bids to be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.

The homeowner/decision maker must be present for the bid. We will send out an email confirmation as well as email reminders the day before and an hour before your scheduled bid time. If you find you cannot make it, please use the links in the email to reschedule your appointment.

*We are located in Woods Cross/Bountiful area and may be able to stop by sooner if you live between Centerville and NSL. Make note if you are interested in us contacting you to schedule an on-the-fly appointment.

Additional Important Information

  • ESTIMATE VS BID: This is a FREE in-home estimate, not a contract bid for services. The estimate we email is based on the information given and what we can visually see at the time of the appointment. Requests for additions or changes by the homeowner, or unforeseen circumstances such as subfloor problems or extensive water damage, could change the final price of the project. 
  • REPAIRS: We make repairs only when it is in conjunction with refinishing all the surrounding wood. It is near impossible to match fading stain and yellowing finish so we will not bid for a repair without sanding the entire floor.
  • LVP/LAMINATES: We bid only for install labor. We do not get a better price than what you can find at Floor & Decor. We are also happy to do laminate/LVP plank repair/replacements within our normal service area as long as you have the replacement plank available. It is your responsibility to find the matching planks for either a repair or as an addition to your floor. It may be possible to complete the repair at the time of the bid. If you would like it done immediately and you have the replacement plank ready. Make a note in the comments section, so we can block off more time on our calendar for you.
  • LAST, BUT NOT LEAST: Please be present for the in-home bid. If your schedule changes, please contact us immediately to reschedule (you can also reschedule yourself using the email confirmation we send). Our time is as valuable as yours, so if we show up and you (or the decision maker) are not there, we will not complete the estimate and we may not offer to reschedule.

Our Service Areas

Regular Service Area Includes: North Ogden to Riverton/Draper, Park City to Magna.

Extended Service Area Includes: North of Ogden up to the Idaho border, Tremonton, Logan, etc. South of the Point of the Mountain, Lehi south to Spanish Fork, Payson, Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, etc. North East to Wyoming border, including Eden, Huntsville, Morgan, etc. East to Heber, Kamas & Oakley, etc. West to Tooele & Grantsville. Depending on the job size, we reserve the right to charge for time/travel.

Outside this Area? We may be willing to go into Idaho & Wyoming, out to Vernal, or further south than Payson. Project must be a size that makes it logical to travel that distance. We will charge for time/travel for an in-home bid as well as for the actual project.
