Gordon and his crew did an absolutely amazing job with my 100-year old floors! My original floors had water damage, scratches and gauges, and finish missing in places. From the initial estimate, fitting me into their schedule, and overcoming the little speed bumps we hit along the way, Kim kept me in the loop constantly. My whole house is hardwood, and I had them install new red oak floors in my kitchen, and refinish the fir, and red/white oak in the rest of the house with the Swedish finish in satin. Gordon hand makes all the transition pieces and he cut down the height of my doors to accommodate the new floor height in the hallway. When it turned out we couldn’t simply buff and recoat my entire living and dining room due to extensive wax buildup, Gordon offered to try refinishing them, and with luck, there was enough wood left, and they are beautiful! I loved the fact that Gordon himself did all the final work and that he genuinely cares about doing what is best for both the floors and the customer. My floors now have a new life, while still showing their original character.
